Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Full Uproar website (fulluproar.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view and purchase products from Full Uproar for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

Product Purchases

All purchases are subject to product availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications through your Full Uproar account settings, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Full Uproar Games, Inc. These messages may include:

• Order confirmations and shipping updates
• Game night reminders and updates
• Account and security notifications

Message frequency varies. Up to 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Third-Party Game References

Full Uproar's game night planning tools reference third-party board games, card games, dice games, tabletop RPGs, and other tabletop games for the purpose of helping users plan, organize, and enjoy game nights. These references are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Full Uproar Games, Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any commercial relationship with the publishers, designers, distributors, or rights holders of any third-party games referenced on this platform.

All game titles, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Full Uproar does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

Game metadata (such as player counts, play times, complexity ratings, and mechanic descriptions) is provided for user convenience and may be sourced from publicly available information, community databases, or user contributions. Full Uproar does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party game information.

By using Full Uproar's game night planning features, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding third-party game references.

Community Conduct

Full Uproar facilitates in-person and online interactions between users, including game nights, crew membership, and venue events. By using these features, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly.

• Treat all participants with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior of any kind is prohibited.
• Respect venue rules, private spaces, and other people's property — especially borrowed games.
• Do not use the platform to arrange meetings for purposes other than game nights or related social gaming activities.
• Do not share other users' personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) without their explicit consent.
• If you host a public game night, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees.
• Users who violate these guidelines may have their accounts suspended or terminated at Full Uproar's discretion.

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately via our Report a Concern form. All reports are reviewed by our team and handled confidentially.

Pre-Orders

Full Uproar Games offers pre-orders for select products that are currently in development or production. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Payment: Your payment method will be charged in full at the time your pre-order is placed. Pre-order pricing is locked at the time of purchase and will not increase, even if the retail price changes before fulfillment.

Estimated Shipping Dates: Any estimated shipping or release dates provided are approximate and subject to change. Product development, manufacturing, supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, and other real-world factors may affect the actual delivery timeline. Full Uproar will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays via the email address provided at checkout.

Fulfillment Order: Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. When inventory becomes available, pre-orders are processed in the order they were received. If available inventory is insufficient to fulfill all pre-orders, remaining orders will be fulfilled as additional stock becomes available.

90-Day Refund Guarantee: If your pre-order is not fulfilled within 90 days of purchase, you will receive an automatic full refund to your original payment method. No action is required on your part — the refund is processed automatically. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@fulluproar.com. Cancelled pre-orders will receive a full refund.

Product Changes: The final product may differ from promotional materials, previews, or prototypes shown during the pre-order period. Full Uproar reserves the right to make changes to product design, components, or packaging. If a material change is made that significantly alters the product, pre-order customers will be notified and offered the option to cancel for a full refund.

Force Majeure: Full Uproar shall not be liable for delays in fulfillment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, supplier failures, shipping carrier delays, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the 90-day refund guarantee remains in effect.

Prohibited Uses

• Using the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
• Interfering with the proper working of the site
• Using any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the site

User-Generated Content

Full Uproar allows users to upload photos, text, and other content in connection with game nights, profiles, and community features. By uploading content, you represent that you own the content or have the right to share it, and you grant Full Uproar Games, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the content on the platform in connection with the features you use (e.g., game night recaps, crew libraries, venue profiles).

You retain ownership of all content you upload. Full Uproar does not claim ownership of user-generated content. You may delete your content at any time, subject to our data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

Copyright & DMCA Policy

Full Uproar Games, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that content on Full Uproar infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent containing the following:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. A description of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL or location on our platform.
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Limitation of Liability

Full Uproar Games, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the site or products.
