Where to send a copyright notice, and what it must contain.

To report content on Gamestead or fulluproar.com that you believe infringes your copyright, write to info@fulluproar.com with the information listed below.

Full Uproar Games, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others. A notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) contains the following; our Terms of Service: Copyright & DMCA Policy says the same.

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. A description of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL or location on our platform.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(i), Full Uproar Games maintains a repeat-infringer policy. Users who receive multiple valid takedown notices are warned, have publishing privileges suspended, and (after continued infringement) have their accounts terminated. Full details in our Terms of Service.

Counter-Notification

If content you posted was removed in response to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was in error or that you have the legal right to post the content, you may send a counter-notification to the address above. Counter-notifications must include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), including a statement under penalty of perjury and your consent to jurisdiction of a federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, in any judicial district in which the platform may be found).
