What it costs

Standard

$8 for any order, any quantity, to any US address. That includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the territories. The price does not change with the size of your order. Here is the math behind that number.

Faster options

When a carrier can promise a firm date for your address, checkout offers it alongside Standard, priced as the carrier quotes it. Typically FedEx 2Day or Standard Overnight. If no carrier will promise a date, no option appears.

How long it takes

Handling

Orders are packed within two business days. We do not pack on weekends or national holidays.

In transit

Typically two to five business days once it ships, a little longer to Alaska, Hawaii and the territories.

Where it ships from

South Bend, Indiana. Everything is packed by us, by hand.

Where we ship

The United States only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the territories. We do not ship internationally yet. We will get there.

Tracking

Your confirmation email carries a tracking link as soon as the label is made. You can also look up any order with your order number and email on the track order page, and if you are signed in, your account keeps the whole history.

If something goes wrong

If tracking says delivered and it is not there, check with neighbors, the porch and the building's mail room first, because carriers sometimes scan a day early. If it still has not turned up after a day, email support@fulluproar.com with your order number and we will sort it out. Damaged or wrong items are covered by our returns policy.
